Asturias is a phased tower development inside the Ciudadela Asturias masterplan in the Cerritos–Galicia sector, next to the future Paseo del Prado shopping center. Tower 1 is delivered and lived in, Tower 2 is roughly 95% sold, and Tower 3 is now in pre-sale: 108 units across 13 habitable floors, priced from about COP $499 million for a 41 m² private-area unit. Tower 3 offers five layouts named after native trees — from a studio (Ceiba) and a compact 1-bedroom (Roble) to 3-bedroom apartments (Samán, ~110 m², with 4.6 m ceilings) and Guayacán duplexes up to 157 m². Fifteen resort-style amenities include rooftop jacuzzis on each tower, pools, spa, gym, coworking, an ecological trail and a covered car lobby. Around 70% of the 32-hectare parcel is protected green space, and it sits inside the UNESCO Coffee Cultural Landscape. The horizontal-property rules explicitly permit traditional rentals — useful if you are buying to rent long-term. Payments run through Alianza Fiduciaria. Matecaña airport is about 20 minutes away; UNIMINUTO is 300 m.
