Ciudad Bokorá

Ciudad Bokorá is a large-scale, eight-phase development by Proyectos Urbanos in the heart of Pereira, built around innovation, design and sustainability, with more than 50,000 m² of public space. Phase 1 — Wyndham Residences Apartasuites — is 270 furnished, equipped units set up for short-stay rental operation under an international hotel brand, with monoambiente (29–56 m²), two-bedroom (63–93 m²) and "butterfly" layouts. For an overseas investor this is a managed rental product rather than a home: you buy a unit and it is operated for you under the Wyndham brand.
