TERRAH is a gated community of just 27 country houses by Proyectos Urbanos in Cerritos, Pereira, set around a private lake that runs through the project, minutes from the international airport and 20 minutes from downtown. Two house types: Casa Lumina at 160 m² on lots of 402–488 m², and Casa Terrah at 328 m² on lots of 1,007–1,579 m², both three bedrooms with two to three parking spaces. Every house comes with solar panels covering roughly 80% of consumption, an EV charger, rainwater harvesting, a home-automation kit and a backup generator.
